■ Points
By purchasing points in advance, you can easily and affordably purchase videos.
* You cannot purchase points with points. If this occurs, the purchased amount will be deducted from your existing point balance.
* Points are not awarded for purchases made using points.
■ How to Download Content
After logging in, go to "Purchased Videos": https://gsp8.net/purchased/ → Tap or click the "Download" button displayed on the product page to download the PDF file.
* You will download a PDF, not the video file itself. Download the ZIP file from the URL provided in the PDF, then enter the password stated in the PDF to decompress and play the video.
* Since December 2024, there has been an error where "(fi)" is omitted when clicking some links in the PDF. We suspect this is an issue related to Adobe Reader or the browser. You should be able to avoid this issue by copying and pasting the link, so please try that method.

Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
This site uses the payment systems of Telecom Credit or GRANDPAY.
Payment errors may occur with credit cards not issued in Japan.
In that case, please contact Telecom Credit or GRANDPAY, or try a different credit card.
Please note that we are currently seeing frequent payment errors with credit cards issued in China or South Korea, and there is no estimated time for a fix.
Additionally, for bank transfers, it may take up to 5 business days for payment confirmation.
After purchasing a video, the instructions for downloading and viewing the product will be displayed on the "Product Page" and the "List of Purchased Videos".

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason after purchase.
In the event of a refund due to reasons such as duplicate purchases, the refund will be issued in equivalent points after deducting the refund fee. (We do not provide refunds in any form other than points.)
You may not divert, edit, alter, provide to third parties, use for yourself or others, or use for commercial purposes any content on this site in any manner.
Videos for sale may be deleted without notice for various reasons.
We recommend that you download and save your purchases promptly.

The copyright and usage rights of the works, as well as the portrait rights of the performers, are comprehensively managed by management companies in the United States and Japan.

Complaints Policy
・We will conduct a prompt investigation when notified by a third party, including consumers, consumer protection or human rights organizations (regardless of whether they are individuals, corporations, domestic or overseas), that content may violate our policy. If we or a relevant organization determines that the content violates our policy, we will immediately remove the content in question.
・If a performer claims that they did not consent to the performance or distribution of the content, we will take measures to prevent the viewing or purchase of said content until the status of consent can be verified. If consent cannot be verified, or if the performer can prove that the consent is invalid under applicable law, we will immediately delete the content.
